Parfois, Mahon Point SC store are looking for a part time Sales Assistant. This position is a flexible position with a minimum contract of 4 hrs weekly!
Parfois is a fast paced store with a strong focus on customer service and with opportunities to grow! We aim to be the go to fashion accessories brand for exceptional pieces, affordable to everyone. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants to help us continue delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support promotional activities and sales events
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
