A suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- receiving deliveries and checking their content and hygiene
- stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas;
- assisting customers with product selection;
- processing payments of various kinds;
- offering advice to customers;
- dealing with customer complaints;
- utilizing specialist product knowledge;
- monitoring and updating sales display areas.
- using stock FIFO rule
- preparing product displays and restocking them as required
- serving customers at the counter (including Deli counter)
- attending staff meetings;
- helping other staff members, as and when required.
- Ensuring that Work Area/Staff Changing Facilities/Staff Canteen are maintained in clean condition in accordance to HACCP requirements
Job Types: This is a full-time position, 40-45 hours per week. Applicants must be fully flexible over 7 days.You will be required to work 5 days a week and be available Monday to Sunday
Previous sales experience would be a benefit.
