About the job
In this role you will assist with the daily operations of the store; serving customers, packing orders, maintaining stock levels and the quality of products and services.
Main Duties include:
- Till operations, serving customers and prepping orders for our delivery drivers
- Monitoring stock and product displays, packing orders and shelves and upkeeping the general appearance of the store.
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
- Ability to work early shifts. We start at 5am 3 days a week, and 6am the other days.
About You
1 years retail experience is required. Our customers are made up of locals and as such we have ties to the community, so strong & friendly communication skills are needed. We want someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, provide fresh ideas and help us move forward.
Other must-haves
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to commute to our location
- Flexibility with working hours & weekends - We are a weekend business!
