BHC Agency is a growing Irish company providing professional cleaning and staffing solutions across Ireland. We work with clients in healthcare, education, construction, real estate, and corporate sectors. We’re now looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Executive to support the expansion of our cleaning division.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on cleaning service quotes
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business (cold calling)
- Maintain accurate records of clients and leads
- Coordinate with operations team for scheduling and service delivery
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Build relationships for repeat and long-term business
Requirements
- 1–3 years in sales, customer service or similar role (cleaning/facilities experience a plus)
- Confident making outbound sales calls
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
