Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding Propel Manufacturing’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Propel
- Manufacturing Track and report on sales metrics and market insights to senior management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals
