Role OverviewWorking with our Head of Business Development and the senior management team, you’ll be responsible for driving the market penetration of our Smart Tank Telemetry solutions, and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our continued market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across greenfield markets/territories in Europe, focusing especially on developing a strong network of Channel Partnerships
Own sales targets and revenue goals, focusing on expanding our market presence.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate key sectors.
Lead end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to closing, while building long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align on go-to-market strategies.
Identify and expand into new sectors where level monitoring will be critical (e.g., Tank Manufacturers, Fuel Distributors, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Water Treatment).
Collaborate with the Channel Partners to create annual business plans, drive quarterly performance throughout the year
Maintain & report the sales forecast pipeline for all sales opportunities and participate in weekly/ monthly sales operations meeting reviews
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and build a strong professional network.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and contribute to strategic planning.
Collaborate on an ongoing basis with the senior management team to help formulate / refine the sales strategy for competing in the market with agreed product / solution sets.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of B2B Sales experience in European context, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS or telemetry solutions.
Proven track record of success in driving new business, meeting sales targets, and closing strategic deals.
Expertise in developing market entry strategies and growing revenue from the ground up.
Strong understanding of the Channel Sales Partner models and an ability to build high quality, stable and productive partnerships.
Experience in FMCD sales ( specially electronic goods ) and E-Commerce Channel sales management would be a distinct advantage
Ability to collaborate with various teams and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new products.
Resilient, tenacious, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluent English is essential, ability to communicate in other European Languages would be a distinct advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
