Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at our Loughrea Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales (including Marketing, Events & Social Media), building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to closing.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow-up calls to prospective clients
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
- Sales Process Management:
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Social Media & Marketing
- Support the marketing team by posting relevant posts
- Visit client sites to take photos for social media posts
- Event Planning & Management
- Coordinate various activities relating to events including conferences and exhibitions
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, client executive, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently but more importantly as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media and content management for posting (no design skills required)
- Knowledge of the housing or real estate industry is a plus.
- Full clean driving license

The position is fulltime and onsite in our office in Loughrea Business & Technology park (opposite Chanelle Pharma).
