We are a small but ambitious interiors company specialising in wall panelling, plantation shutters, and in-house cabinetry. Due to strong growth and our commitment to high-quality customer service, we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join our team.
You’ll be taking the reins on what our founder has built — a personable, expert-led sales experience — and helping us scale to even bigger opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visiting residential clients (primarily from warm, inbound website leads).
- Calling to their homes with samples to consult on products and design.
- Taking detailed measurements and offering expert advice tailored to the space.
- Preparing and sending professional quotes within 24–48 hours of visits.
- Following up with clients and guiding them through from initial meeting to final installation.
- Working alongside our team of in-house carpenters to ensure project quality and completion.
- Generating new leads by networking with designers, builders, and trades in the area.
- Managing your own calendar and appointments after initial training and shadowing.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales (especially face-to-face).
- A good eye for design and interiors — experience in interiors is a big plus.
- Confidence using a measuring tape and surveying spaces accurately.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively managing your own leads.
- A full, clean driver’s license – you’ll be on the road across Dublin and beyond.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage quotes, emails, and client records via laptop and phone.
