About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Self-Erecting Tower Crane Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of self-erecting tower cranes on construction sites, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate self-erecting tower cranes according to site requirements and lifting plans
- Erect and dismantle self-erecting cranes following manufacturer instructions and company procedures
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and ensure the crane is in proper working condition
- Coordinate with site managers, dogmen, and riggers to ensure safe lifting operations
- Report any mechanical issues or faults to the supervisor or maintenance team
- Maintain a clean and organized crane and work area
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
