We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Asphalt Paving Operator to join our surfacing team based in Kildare.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Screed Operator, Paver Screwman, or similar asphalt paving role.
Familiarity with asphalt materials, compaction methods, and screed calibration.
Good knowledge of paving equipment and tools.
Ability to read levels, grades, and interpret paving instructions.
Strong attention to detail, work quality, and safety standards.
Flexible and reliable team player with a good attitude.
Valid CSCS/Safepass or other required construction certifications (preferred).
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good communication and site coordination skills
A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€26.08 per hour
