Job Title: Senior Accounts Administrator
Location: Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the accounts team. The ideal candidate is target driven with excellent communication and leadership skills, highly organised with excellent time management skills and has an in-depth knowledge of ledger performance excellence standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Team Lead for AR/AP ledgers team, overseeing the daily operations of both ledgers.
- Overseeing orders and approvals.
- Credit control.
- Revenue Customs point of contact in respect of Customs Excise Duty, intrastat and vies, and processing returns in respect of same.
- Processing and overseeing all Customs procedures and paperwork relating to dispatches and imports.
- Sales procedures from order processing through dispatch and invoicing within SAP system.
- Liaising with relevant departments including sales team, logistics and supply chain.
- Providing appropriate data where required and reporting to line management on KPIs.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least three years’ experience in a busy accounts department.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP accounting package, together with CRM Systems.
- Excellent IT skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Efficiency orientated with excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Target driven with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Similar experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
