King Communications is a progressive Vodafone partner with 24 Retail stores nationwide. We are now recruiting a Full time Senior Bookkeeper in our Head Office in Killeshandra, Co. Cavan.
This role would ideally suit a self-motivated and flexible individual who would enjoy variety within their role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely data entry into the firms software package;
- general administration duties in support of the team;
- efficient turn-around times to meet month-end deadlines
- working as part of a team for daily deliverables;
- Daily data validation from firms software package
- Monthly sales analysis to evaluate (salespersons) target performance
Skills and attributes:
- Excellent organisational skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new systems
- flexible with the ability to prioritise work effectively
- excellent written and verbal communications skills; and
- a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Numeracy Fluency
Minimum of two years office based or similar office work experience is essential. Full training on maintaining records within our databases and systems will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
