We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and a drive to exceed targets, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Role Responsibilities:
- To sell new and used vehicles via the use of an effective sales process, whilst at the same time achieving the best profit for the business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Manage and update the dealership's website and CRM system.
- Work closely with the finance team to facilitate customer transactions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Handle enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
Role Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (minimum 2 years required automotive preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Full, clean driver’s licence.
- Strong general IT skills, including CRM management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
