We’re looking for a Senior Kitchen Designer who is ready to raise their game and work with a team that’s serious about quality, detail, and customer satisfaction and just as serious about reward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with a stream of warm, qualified leads from customers actively ready to buy
- Using our live pricing and design platform to build kitchens with transparency and confidence
- Leading customers through a proven sales journey designed to be simple, structured, and satisfying
- Designing from two German kitchen ranges , one focused on value, the other on higher end customisation
- Collaborating with an in-house project administrator who handles all operational admin including site surveys, scheduling, and payment coordination
- Focusing fully on customer experience, design quality, and conversion
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen design and customer facing sales
- Someone who understands performance metrics and how to hit them
- Extremely detail-oriented, organised, and quality-driven
- Ideally with experience designing German kitchens or similar high-end systems
- Passionate about delivering a standout customer journey from concept to completion
- Looking for a long-term role in a company that values precision and performance
