Senior Quality Technician - Permanent, 100% onsite
Location: Model Farm Road, NeuroHub
Shift: Day shift
What you will do:
Receive and inspect incoming complaint returns and forward products to the applicable investigation sites, as applicable.
Perform decontamination of returned products.
Perform complaint investigations by analyzing returned complaint products.
Document the results of investigations and submit for approval.
Prioritize investigation records and help to maintain investigation cycle time metrics.
Interpret, record, and verify test data, comparing to known standards and criteria.
Dispose of bio-hazardous materials per procedures.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as applicable.
May interact with other departments regarding failure issues

What you need:
Level 6 (or equivalency) Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering or related discipline, or working towards this.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in modern manufacturing environment
