Senior Receptionist
- Be able to provide a warm friendly Céad Míle Fáilte!
- Personality – people forget what you say & do but they never forget how you make them feel, the front desk by its nature has contact will the most people in the hotel internally & externally, let’s make it a good experience for everyone.
- Ability to read a guest & adapt to their needs, checking in a corporate guest is very different to a leisure guest and our interactions must reflect that.
- Well organised and in tune with what is going on in the hotel.
- Previous Experience is highly desirable.
- Previous Opera Cloud experience is highly advantageous but not essiental.
- Use handover to pass information to colleagues
- Be proactive with arrivals, departures, upselling and making dinner bookings
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00 per hour
