Doyles Garage Courtown & Enniscorthy are currently recruiting a Service Advisor for our growing and busy dealership and workshop department in Courtown.
As a Service Advisor, you will be expected to take on the following roles while progressing and developing within the company. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day dealings and administration of a busy service department.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for all customers. Greet clients, listen to their vehicle concerns, and clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Work Order Creation: Schedule service appointments and create detailed work orders for technicians. Ensure all customer requests and vehicle information are accurately documented.
- Financial Handling: Prepare and present accurate cost estimates for services. Explain the final invoice to customers, process payments, and resolve any billing questions.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians. Translate technical issues into understandable terms and relay customer feedback to the shop team.

- Strong initiative and decision-making skills.
- Clear ability to stay updated on product features and knowledge.
- Full clean driving license.
Final Salary will be dependent on prior experience.
