The role of the service co-ordinator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the service team with daily administration activities, the successful candidate will be confident with a positive attitude, high attention to detail and able to multi-task.
This role is full time (39 hours per week) and based in our Tallaght depot and will report to the Operations Manager for our Dublin Depot
Role Responsibilities
Work with Dublin Depot Manager to ensure the service schedule is up to date weekly
Ship dockets for delivery or collection
Arrange couriers for all orders
Upload GA1 Certificates for all goods purchased to our online portal
Book in some collections oversees for Management, ensuring all paperwork and customs documents are completed
Take sales and service enquiries over the phone and via email
File monthly sales dockets
Purchasing of all office supplies for the Dublin Depot
Any ad hoc admin functions as requested by Management
Role Requirements
Min 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential
Organised and proactive
Have the ability to work as part of a team and work independently when required
Good written and verbal communication skills is essential for this role
Experience with Business central would be an advantage
