V.I.E – Supply Chain Coordinator

Duration: 12 months (renewable up to 24 months)
About the Role
As part of the Global Supply Chain team at Irish Distillers, you will support the operations and customer service activities for the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain processes—covering logistics, customs, documentation, and customer collaboration—to ensure the smooth movement of goods from production to market.
This assignment supports the strategic international expansion of our RTD business by strengthening relationships with our Market Companies and ensuring operational excellence in supply execution.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders: manual input from Connect into SAP
Coordinate invoicing processes (Bulk & Finished Goods)
Manage customs documentation and due diligence
Support customer service operations and manage communication with Market Companies
Monitor and coordinate freight activities for RTD shipments
Manage the sampling process
Collaborate closely with co-packers, internal stakeholders, and supply partners
Your Profile
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Food Technology
First experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics
Proficient in ERP systems, ideally SAP
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
Autonomous, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, international environment
