About the Role
My client are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join their team in Munster. The role focuses exclusively on the servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic heat pump systems. This is a field-based position requiring strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance of heat pumps.
- Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct performance checks and system optimisation.
- Provide clear feedback and advice to customers on system condition and operation.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Represent the company professionally while working on customer sites.
Requirements
- Qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or refrigeration engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining , heat pumps, or refrigeration systems.
- F-Gas certification is highly desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently across the Munster region.
