We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual who would like to enhance their skills and expand their career by joining our service team as a Service technician (service warehouse).
Our ideal candidates must be a technically minded self-starter with the drive to learn coupled with a practical can-do attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Service and repair a complete range of vending machines, fridges and coffee machines.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Service training and support.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Follow all company's procedures and protocols.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance.
- Other responsibilities assigned.
