As part of our Application Modernization efforts, we focus on simplifying core operations, consolidating applications, replacing legacy systems, and implementing best-in-class technologies that drive digital transformation.
We are seeking a Project Manager / SCRUM Master to support the ServiceNow team in delivering enterprise-wide solutions that enhance IT service management, operations, and automation. This role will be instrumental in driving Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring that ServiceNow initiatives align with business priorities and enterprise systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as SCRUM Master for the ServiceNow team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM (including Cloud Provisioning & Governance), SAM, BCM, Now Assist, SecOps, and others.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Owner, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and project milestones using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of ServiceNow features and integrations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to align on dependencies and deliverables.
- Support M&A integration efforts by managing onboarding projects into the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with change management, release governance, and documentation standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the ServiceNow team.
- Support M&A integration efforts by onboarding new entities into the ServiceNow ecosystem
Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in an Agile/SCRUM Master role.
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects or working closely with ServiceNow development teams.
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Experience with M&A integration projects and onboarding new business units
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office.
- Experience with professional services firms
- Experience working within an IT organization supported by a managed IT services provider
