Shift Manager – Pizza Takeaway (Swords & Finglas, Dublin)

We are a busy and growing pizza takeaway with two locations in Swords and Finglas, serving freshly made pizzas, burgers, and kebabs to our local community. We are now hiring a Shift Manager who will take full responsibility for the store during their shift.
About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you will be the key person in charge of the takeaway while on shift. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly – from staff management to food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of the unit during your shift
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high hygiene and H&S standards
- Manage stock levels and report any shortages
- Ensure orders are delivered efficiently and accurately
- Close or open the shop following company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast food or takeaway environment
- Ability to lead a team and handle responsibility
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and reliable, especially on evenings and weekends
- Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
