COLM QUINN currently have a vacancy for a Showroom Host/Receptionist at our Drogheda Retail Centre, we are seeking a talented individual with a passion for customer service.
The Role:
We require a professionally presented, mature and vibrant individual who possesses a natural ability to provide a first class customer experience. Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will need to have exceptional people skills and display an enthusiastic, friendly and helpful manner.
You will be well presented, organised and possess a “can do attitude”. Your ability to be guest focused at all times is a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for the Colm Quinn and BMW Brands on a daily basis.
- Meet & greet guests ensuring they are attended to quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring all enquires are dealt with by the relevant departments.
- Front desk reception & ad hoc administrative duties.
To be successful, you will need:
- Exemplary presentation with exceptional customer service skills.
- Confident & friendly professional telephone manner.
- Outstanding communication skills & be computer literate.
- Previous Experience in a Customer Focused Role is preferable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.00 per hour
