We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background in a media or digital agency to join our growing Agency team in Riyadh. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with media agencies across our META market in a one to many structure with the goal of educating, nurturing and growing our portfolio of media agency partnerships. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers within our agencies ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and enhance long term successful strategic partnerships with existing media/digital agencies to support their long term growth in the META Markets
- Develop and grow an existing book of agency business by:
- scaling current agencies' advertisers
- securing additional budget by proving greater ROAS for the agencies' clients
- pitching for new clients' activations
- Prove impact through achieving KPIs such as: increase in budget & ARPA, growth of active clients per agency, etc.
- Accurately forecast revenue delivery and identify opportunities to prevent or bridge gaps to goal
- Establish and maintain both C-Level & tactical relationships with agencies, becoming their key point of contact, to ensure TikTok is a partner of choice in their future growth
- Leverage insights, data, and industry benchmarks to lead conversations with internal Cross-Function Stakeholders, and externally to support the agencies
- Manage media agencies at scale; monitoring the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with clients
- Deliver best in class customer experience: reactively troubleshoot any practical problem occurring to the agencies and proactively anticipate any challenge
