KASH Beauty has an amazing opportunity for a Social Media and Marketing Executive who is passionate about beauty and has a key interest in the industry and upcoming trends. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-growing beauty company with huge plans of expansion over the next few years. Mullingar based and less than 1 hour from Dublin City Centre. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Mullingar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and driving audience engagement. Alongside Social Media, you will support on general marketing campaigns including focusing on our E-commerce and Retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to create content and ensure brand consistency.
- Track and analyse social media performance
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
- Support general marketing campaigns for e-commerce and retail business.
Recommended Qualities:
- Strong interest and/or experience in marketing
- Excellent knowledge of the social media world and how it can be used to an advantage
- Self-starter with a structured and analytical mind and keen interest in working in a fast paced enviroment
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to nurture strong work relationships
- Fast learner, can work well on their own as well as in a team
- Eye for detail with competent writing skills
- Attention to detail and proven ability to take ownership of tasks and manage them to completion
- Good team player with ability to multi-task, and enjoy an environment that is dynamic and fast paced.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual required
