Lyrath Estate are currently recruiting for a Spa Cleaner to join the award winning Spa
The Ideal Candidate for This Position:
- Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
- Previous experience working as a Spa Cleaner in a hotel is desirable.
- Flexible to work both mid week and weekend shifts.
- Will be standards driven and detail orientated with the desire to progress within the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in the spa on a day to day basis
- To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner
- Be responsible for the routine servicing of guest areas to the required standard.
- Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all checklists are completed.
- To ensure there is a supply of clean towels available for guests
- To ensure there is a fresh stock of fruit, juices and water available for guests
- To ensure that the guests/clients needs and requirements are met or exceeded
- To ensure that the thermal suite is kept clean at all times
