Revas Spa Front of House Receptionist

Ideal for rejuvenation of both body and mind, this Limerick spa is the ultimate spa destination for couples, friends and groups. Our team internationally trained relaxation therapists, hair stylists, make-up artists, and nail technicians offer you some of the most luxurious spa experiences in the world. Specializing in Massage, Facials, Body Treatments, and Alternative Therapies using Ground Wellbeing, Simone Mahler, and Pure Fiji products and many more.
Ideal candidate must have an interest in the spa and beauty industry.
Beauty/ Spa qualification and advantage but not essential
1 years experience in customer care/ reception role
Primary Duties
- Greet guests and answer any queries with accuracy and courtesy
- Schedule appointments in the spa's booking system with excellent attention to detail
- Answer phone calls, voicemail and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Process payments
- Responsible for opening and closing of the Spa
- Maintain a courteous and respectful work environment
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene
- Be aware of all treatments and any promotions on offer at any given time
