The Role:
At the Osprey Spa we want to create a relaxing atmosphere for our guests so they can escape the stresses of everyday life and indulge in the soothing and calming surroundings of our state of the art spa. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating and achieving this exceptional tranquil haven for our guests. We are looking for someone to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Spa ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is optimised.
About The Role
Duties will include:
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer care is delivered across all areas of the Osprey Spa whilst providing a warm, genuine, and courteous welcome to all guests upon arrival and throughout their visit.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation to management when necessary.
- Promote all facilities and services of the Osprey Hotel & Spa
- Ensure all new team members receive comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise weekly with the Spa Manager regarding staff performance, incidents, or operational concerns.
- Support the rostering of adequate staffing levels in collaboration with the Spa Manager.
- Perform all treatments to the highest professional standards with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa areas in line with Health & Safety legislation.
- Stay updated on relevant policies and legislation governing safe spa operations, with support from management as needed.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa.
- Participate in demonstrations, promotional events, and marketing initiatives to maximise business potential.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering retail and salon products regularly.
- Ensure guest profiles are accurately updated and maintained.
- Support the achievement of departmental goals related to mystery audits and guest feedback.
The Ideal candidate will have the following;
- Must have previous experience.
- Must hold an ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification and be qualified in both face and body treatments
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Take pride in their appearance and keep up to date with the spa industry
- Be enthusiastic, confident and passionate about the beauty industry
- Advanced Waxing desirable
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Voya training desirable
