Position: Spare Parts & Service ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the spare parts and service departments, ensuring top-tier customer service for both retail and trade clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inquiries, sales, stock control, and distribution of spare parts for ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, gardening equipment, and related products.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information.
- Source, order, and manage inventory for a wide range of branded parts and accessories, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and workshop staff to ensure prompt servicing and repairs.
- Plan and schedule service jobs, manage warranty claims, and maintain the highest workshop standards.
- Maintain accurate invoicing, records, and reporting.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Support overall dealership goals by promoting seasonal offers and new product launches.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a parts and/or service management role within motor, powersports, or agricultural machinery sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, and related equipment.
- Excellent organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, forecast demand, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Professional and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT/computer skills, including experience with inventory management or dealership management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience with Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, or CFMOTO vehicles and systems.
- Passion for powersports and outdoor activities.
