Role Overview
Ensure safe movement of vehicles and machinery on site by guiding operators, identifying hazards, and maintaining clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct machinery safely using hand signals or radios.
- Identify and report site hazards.
- Assist operators in tight or congested areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.
Requirements
- Experience in a spotter or similar construction safety role.
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
- Safe Pass, Manual handling and IPAF essential
Salary & Benefits
- €16.00/hr (full-time)
- Overtime: €24/hr (Saturdays), €32.00/hr (Sundays, when required)
