Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles or parts for damage and determine appropriate repair procedures
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking
- Apply body filler to dents, dings, and other surface imperfections
- Sand and smooth repaired surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
- Mix and apply primers, sealers, and topcoats using spray guns
- Ensure accurate color matching and high-quality finishes
- Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members in the repair and refinishing process
- Perform quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter/Auto Body Filler, or similar role
- Familiarity with spray guns, sanding equipment, and other painting tools
- Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow safety standards and procedures
