Key Responsibilities
Customer facing role requiring good communication skills & excellent attention to detail
Load & Unload deliveries using forklift & telehandler
Organise Material Storage & Responsible for upkeep of yard
Monitor Stock levels of materials & consumables
Dealing with customers, taking orders and ensuring orders are completed correctly and on time
Prepare materials for site dispatch including steel components, fixings and cladding
Assist with Annual Audit & ensure compliance with EN1090 system, work as part of a team to guarantee that quality standards are maintained & recorded
Schedule & Organise maintenance for workshop machinery & tools
Support the fabrication team as required
Work on own initiative & take lead where appropriate
Work closely with directors & admin staff as required
Qualifications
Manual Handling
Abrasive Wheel
Forklift
Sideloader
(Willing to Obtain)
Experience in similar role/structural steel fabrication is required
Sheet Metal Work Knowledge/Experience is desirable
Experience in Stock Control would be an advantage
Knowledge of Spray painting would be beneficial
Full Training will be provided
Salary DOE
Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pm
Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
