Diesel require an Assistant Manager for their store in The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght

Your role as Assistant Manager:
- To assist the store manager in all areas of running the store
- To drive sales ensuring targets and KPI's are achieved
- To motivate, lead and empower your team
- Carry out the manager's duties when manager is absent.
- To maintain standards within the store and ensure stock is presented in the best possible manner
- To provide excellent customer service and act as a great role model for staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years fashion management experience
- Proven leadership and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You must be a real team player with drive and energy to exceed targets
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
- And very importantly a keen interest in fashion and a genuine passion for retail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.50 per hour
