Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Stores Person is a key position within the company will plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the Store Facilities ensuring they run smoothly and effectively while maintaining the highest Inventory Control & housekeeping standards.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the group supply chain to optimise the Supply Chain process.
- Goods receipting.
- Order processing.
- Distribution of the relevant parts/material to the designated orders.
- Stock control & replenishment. Ensuring the stock levels are maintained and managed to meet the operational and business needs.
- Collection of materials from suppliers (When required).
- Ensure all warehouse machinery and Plant are calibrated, maintained and within regulatory requirements.
- Material transfers.
- Maintain systems for critical components/suppliers.
- Participate in daily / weekly supply chain and scheduling and planning meetings.
- Learn to interface with Electric Skyline systems (ABM. Deadsure).
- Work with Supply chain team in HQ regarding suppliers and materials.
- Assist in managing & maintaining supplier-related documentation, issues, and metrics.
- Complete the processes and controls around Cycle Counts and full facility Stock Counts.
- Report and delivery of warehouse KPI’s.
- Plan daily workload in line with job requirements/weekly schedule ensuring all materials are available each morning for PICW, ensure clear communication between various stakeholders across the business of any potential issues.
- Collect and deliver materials to customer job sites as and when needed.
- Assist Electricians and civil crews with any duties required on site as and when required .

Required Qualifications and experience
Education
Third level qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another related discipline - beneficial.
Experience:
3+ years’ experience in an industry-related role is a distinct advantage.
Certifications:
Full clean driving license required.
Fork-Lift trained is a distinct advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Demonstrated critical and effective decision-making skills with the ability to work on one’s own initiative to resolve competing priorities and with minimum supervision is required.
Must be proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, self-motivation, ability to adapt to change and good organisational skills are key.
Coordination with other departments to ensure cohesive actions that involve supply chain expertise or interaction.
Strong team member with the ability to identify and drive efficiency improvements.
Ability to organize and judge priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
