Role: Supervisor
Location: Kilkenny Design, Liffey Valley S.C., Dublin
Contract: 40 hours per week, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.
About You:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a supervisor to join the Kilkenny Design team in Liffey Valley. We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual who wants to work with a team that is dedicated to advancing the customer experience through its brand values.
You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales team to drive sales forward and achieve store targets. You will you play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.
Key Responsibility:
Lead by example in creating an outstanding buying experience for all of our customers.
Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly and ensuring general store standards.
Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
To succeed in the role it is imperative that you showcase your initiative in the day to day running of the store.
