The Opportunity
As Club Supervisor, you’ll be at the centre of the action, helping lead a passionate front-of-house team and ensuring every guest experience hits the high notes. You’ll support the management team in running smooth, professional operations - keeping standards high and vibes even higher.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor—ensuring outstanding service and seamless coordination during events and regular nights
- Support staff training, scheduling, and daily briefings
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and members, ensuring a personalized experience
- Handle operational issues with calm confidence and creative problem-solving maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
· Stock Management and Rotation. Ensure all stock and supplies have been requested and rotated and that stock levels are maintained and stored under optimum conditions
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium bar, club, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Cool under pressure, with a passion for nightlife and live music culture
- A natural host - welcoming, attentive, and committed to excellence
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
