Lyrath Estate &Springhill Court Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Club Attendant to join the team for a casual contract up to approximately 32 hours per week.
About the Role:
As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming experience. You'll be the friendly face of our leisure club, assisting customers, maintaining facilities, and promoting our services. The successful candidate must also have lifeguard training.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor the leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and changing areas, to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with setting up and tidying equipment for classes and activities.
- Provide information on other services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- A passion for fitness and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols (First Aid/CPR certification)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Lifeguard qualification.
