Requirements
Overview of Role: We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our growing People team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our talent operations running smoothly—from managing recruitment logistics and candidate experience to supporting hiring processes, reporting, and systems. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow your experience in talent acquisition, this is a great opportunity to get involved in the full lifecycle of hiring.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Own candidate communication and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Support job postings, sourcing administration, and careers site content
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity
- Work closely with the Talent Partners to streamline hiring processes and documentation
- Support hiring manager training, onboarding, and interview coordination
- Assist with employer branding, events, and other projects led by the Talent team
- Own administrative tasks such as onboarding prep (as needed)
- Support full recruitment process as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or HR/talent operations role
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
Experience using an ATS or other HR systems is a plus (e.g. Workable, Greenhouse, Lever)
A proactive, service-oriented approach with a team-first mindset
Nice to have: direct experience supporting recruitment (e.g. sourcing, candidate screening)
