The Team Coordinator will play a key role within the leadership structure of the organisation and in ensuring person centred approaches are inherent in the thinking and practice of staff and in the provision of our models of support.
It is an exciting opportunity for people to expand their skills and influence.
The Team Coordinator will be an influential driver and champion in the organization's efforts to ensure people supported have the best possible life.
