Secret Recipe are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader / Supervisor to support day-to-day operations in our ready-made meals kitchen. As a key part of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate production staff during shifts to meet daily targets
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC)
· Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that may impact output or quality
· Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and productivity
· Maintain accurate records of production output, incidents, and shift reports
· Collaborate with supervisors and other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics) to optimize efficiency
· Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
Requirements:
· Must have at least 1 years experience in a similar environment, in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in ready meals
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Knowledge of food safety standards and production procedures
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
