Ireland Territory Account Manager
The sales team are at the forefront of the Climb business and has been key in delivering consistent double-digit growth. Each day, they’re hunting for new sales opportunities with current clients and providing knowledgeable, honest, and friendly advice; it’s all about balancing a commercial mindset with building long-term relationships.
About the role
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be working within a successful sales team to proactively develop, manage and grow sales and relationships with existing key partners and to identify and onboard new partners.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a group of Key top transacting partners and to onboard new partners to Climb, driving and identifying new opportunities, strengthening our brand awareness, and solidifying a strong relationship with all levels of their business.
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of Climb’s resellers and their business needs.
- You will be introducing core product sets to each account, focusing on our Strategic and Alliance Vendors.
- Ensure revenues are in line with company objectives and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain business plans for your set of Partners.
- Maintain relationships and serve as the main point of contact and liaison for Partner.
- Profiling your accounts to develop multiple contacts within each account at Sales Support,
- Account Executive, Account Manager, Project Manager/Management level.
- Report back to your line manager on sales pipeline/account profitability/sales opportunities/general account activities.
- Lead and manage a variety of communications strategies, campaigns and projects>>>>>
- Working with the wider Climb team to provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Establish new business opportunities with targeted accounts through prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing techniques.
- Creating a long-term pipeline and strategies.
- Continually learn about new products and improve your knowledge and selling skills.
- Spotting and acting on upsell, cross-sell, and consolidation of opportunities.
- Participate in and follow up on all marketing activities and vendor campaigns.
- Be familiar with the Climb Systems, keep databases up-to-date and engage in product, systems and skills training and development as required

About you
A minimum of 3 years sales experience, specifically working directly or indirectly with Irish IT resellers.
Other traits and skills we’re looking for:

- Understand the complete sales cycle and margin building.

Base Salary plus commission
