Job description
We are currently looking to recruit both full-time and part-time experienced Bar staff to join our amazing team in The Camden. The ideal candidates would be hard working, and highly motivated legends with a passion for Hospitality and the ability to work late nights.
Specific responsibilities for the Bartender include:
- Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Hard working, team player with a willingness to learn.
- Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
- Engages with guests by making drinks in front of the guest using working flair.
- Knows the menu and how to make appropriate beverages.
- Up-sells guests on drink items when appropriate.
- Keeps a clean, organised bar area.
- Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialise with guests.
- Builds business by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.
Requirements
- Have the necessary skills and experience to complete the role
- Must be a good English speaker
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer and personal service standards
- Have a good work ethic and be self-motivated
- Must be friendly and be a great team player
- Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
