Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management in the day to day operations of the store
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Retail experience is required, especially in fresh and prepared food
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of food safety practice
- Good English
