.The Role We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Tractor Mechanic / Junior Agricultural Technician. You’ll learn on the job from experienced mechanics, gain hands-on experience with modern farm machinery, and receive training that can launch you into a long-term career in agricultural mechanics.
What You’ll Do: Assist senior mechanics in servicing and repairs; learn to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment; carry out basic checks, oil changes, greasing, and servicing; keep the workshop organized and records updated; gradually take on more responsibility as skills grow.
Who We’re Looking For: No extensive experience needed — just strong interest in machinery; enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to learn; reliable and hardworking; driver’s license an advantage but not essential; positive attitude and team-player mindset.
