Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Turbocharger Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for dismantling, assembling, and calibrating turbochargers to meet quality and performance standards. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantling turbocharger units, carefully assessing components.
- Assembling turbochargers with attention to detail and precision.
- Calibrating turbochargers to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; all training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- An interest in mechanical work and a basic understanding of tools (helpful but not required).
