IT Service Desk Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for first and second level support and appropriate follow up on IT
systems including laptops, mobile devices, videoconference, printers, servers, and
related IT hardware and software ; Provide regular updates to both Management
and end users.
2. Master laptops with SCCM
3. Implement and update IT policies and procedures
4. Open and follow up on support tickets on Service Now regarding CACI network or
IT technical issues. Escalate to CAGIP ( IT GROUP Service Provider) for investigation
- Assist and deliver on
o IT Transformation
o Adhoc projects such as process optimisation
- Manage projects within deadlines and budget, define project plans to meet objectives
- Coordination of workshops, projects committees, steering committees, (meeting preparation,
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Stakeholders management (update accordingly with the projects progress)
- Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Carry out change management where applicable (training support, user guides,
- Support the Transformation & IT Project Manager on their projects, helping on project
- You will mainly work with the IT Proximity Team on IT Transformation Projects
- You will collaborate with our CACI IT Proximity team, All CACI Business departments
- In the frame of IT projects, you will have meetings with the Digital Work Place and the
