We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.
Waiting Staff Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant/bar as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations is an advantage.
