As a successful candidate your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the standards of service set by management
- Having a detailed knowledge of the food and drinks on the menu with the confidence to recommend items to a customer
- The ability to work as part of a team with occasional need to seize initiative in a situation
- Always appearing friendly and approachable and engaging with customers without hesitation, ensuring the customers needs are met
- Making sure that the restaurant area is kept clean and well presented
