Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

We’re Skillz, a growing Dublin-based startup delivering high-quality sports coaching, camps, and school support programs across Ireland. We're currently looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role: supporting our CEO with day-to-day admin tasks and, ideally, taking part in the delivery of our sports coaching services.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the CEO (scheduling, emails, basic reporting, etc.)
- Get involved in various areas of the business — marketing, operations, and finance
- (Optional) Deliver or assist in delivering sports sessions, camps, and coaching programs
- Contribute creatively to business growth through ideas, feedback, and problem-solving
- Work across Skillz and an opportunity to work with the other companies under the same ownership umbrella
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Passion for sport and youth development
- A team player who’s not afraid to get stuck in — whether it’s admin or on the pitch
- Coaching experience or interest in coaching (preferred but not essential)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to €25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
